| CLUBHOUSE RENTALS: We are happy to announce that the clubhouse is opening for rentals. We are offering rentals on only one day per weekend, either Saturday or Sunday, excluding Holiday weekends. The rates are as follows: Rental Fees: Full POA Membership Holder – $360.00 Easement Holder (current in all easement fees) – $540.00 Weddings: Full POA Membership Holder – $950.00 Easement Holder (current in all easement fees) – $1250.00 There is a required rental of 3 days for weddings. Friday is to be used for setup. Saturday – Wedding Sunday is to be used for cleanup. Additional charges: $300.00 Refundable Security Deposit. A $100.00 (non-refundable) Reservation Deposit is required at the time of booking and is applied to the rental fee.
