- Elegant Flooring: Enjoy a wall-to-wall carpeted great room and ceramic tile flooring in other areas.
- Accessible Facilities: Restrooms are handicap-accessible and conveniently accessible from both inside and outside.

The clubhouse is exclusively available for private event rentals by UGL easement holders. Whether you’re planning a birthday, anniversary, or special gathering, our clubhouse is the perfect venue.
Rental Policy:
- Rentals are available on one day per weekend (Saturday or Sunday) and are not offered on holiday weekends.
- Available only to UGL easement holders who are current on fees.
Rental Fees:
- Full POA Membership Holders: $360.00 per day/evening*
- Easement Holders: $540.00 per day/evening*

Wedding Rental Details:
- Rental Duration: A 3-day rental is required to ensure your event is seamless:
- Friday: Setup
- Saturday: Wedding day
- Sunday: Cleanup
Wedding Rental Fees:
- Full POA Membership Holders: $950.00
- Easement Holders (current in all fees): $1,250.00
Additional Fees:
- Refundable Security Deposit: $300.00
- Reservation Deposit:
- $100.00 (non-refundable) for general rentals
- $300.00 (non-refundable) for weddings
All reservation deposits are applied toward the total rental fee.
